Student Instructions

Make a Halloween stew by mixing the following items together: 1. pretzels-bat bones! 2. gummy worms-worms! 3. marshmallows-ghost droppings! 4. chocolate chips-snake eyes! 5. hot tamales-blood drops! 6. candy corn-cat claws! 7. M&Ms- cat eyes! 8. Fritos-butterfly wings! 9. Cheetos- witch fingers! Give each student a cup or bowl full of "stew". Call out 1 item at a time and have kids count how many they have. Use the corresponding picture to graph the amount you counted. If you have more than 10, stop graphing at 10! Use the move to label which one had the most and which had the least on the last page of the activity! Have fun!
