The 1904 The Story of the Three Little Pigs by L. Leslie Brooke is taken from an archive in the Library of Congress. I paired the text with The Three Little Pigs by M.J. York illustrated by Laura Ferraro Close Published in 2012. Ferraro Close's book is available as an ebook on EPIC books. I suggest you read both books as read alouds and then have your students participate in this activity.
