Why is drawing good for you? 7: Tap the green check to save to your journal. Optional: Create a story with your doodles. You can write it by yourself or see if a family member wants to write it with you. Family Why: Doodling or spontaneous drawing can relieve stress. Children need a chance to be creative and relax a bit! Use a "Getting Silly" routine to break up an academic portion of your day or add a fun, artistic time to a busy day.
