Student Instructions

Today we are going to listen to the story, "Find Your Calm" to help us to find calm when we may start to feel worried, nervous or anxious about changes that may be happening around us. 1. Click add to get started! 2. Use the label tool to write down things that you may be worrying, nervous, or anxious about when it comes to changes that may be happening soon! 3. On page 2, use the label tool to share what strategies you will use to help you find your calm when you are starting to feel worried about the things you placed in the worry jar. You can use the :camera: to record yourself trying a strategy from the story, or use the mic tool to explain what strategy or strategies you may use. 4. Click check when you're all finished!
