Student Instructions
1 Click 
2 Click the 
tool twice to roll the dice.
3 Subtract the number rolled from the given number using the number line.
4 Use the 
tool to show this working and complete the number sentence.
5 Use the 
tool to record your number sentence remembering to use the key vocabulary of 'take away, subtract, makes and equals'
6 When you have completed all the pages click

Children will use a random number generator to generale their own subtraction sentences. They will then record themselves readind each sentence in order to practice using the key vocabulary. This activiy was created to support learning which follows the White Rose Scheme of work.
