Today we will learn about emotional resilience. What does that mean? Emotional resilience is how you respond to tough situations and stress in your life. 1. Tap add 2. On pages page 2, tap the link and watch the video about a tool that can help you become more resilient; the power of YET. Then answer the question by dragging and dropping the correct answer into the box 4. On pages page 3, take a quiet class brain break by listening to the story, "I am Wave." After the story, check in with your feelings. Use pen to circle the emoji that shows how you are feeling now. 5. On pages page 4, tap the link to listen to the story "I am Courage." Then tap the frame to record a video response to the text. 6. On pages page 5, use the seesaw creative tools to show how you are resilient. 7. Tap check to submit your work.
