When you think you're done, you've just begun. You are in the middle of the most time-consuming phase of the Genius Hour process. This week, we have been learning strategies to help as you continue the work of becoming an expert on your topic. Today, you will begin to learn about the very important process of paraphrasing. Paraphrasing is the act of putting the information you want to use into your own words. 1. Use the link to watch the BrainPop video called. "Paraphrasing." You will need to sign-in to BrainPop either with your Google Sign-In or madisonsimis/pop1. 2. Find a fact from one of your sources and use the strategies in the video to paraphrase it. Repeat. 3. Optional- Share how you paraphrased one of your facts. note or mic the original sentence versus the paraphrased sentence.
