Task 1 Summary: Warm-up to get your body ready for exercise. Directions: While standing up, bend over and touch your toes for 10 seconds Sit down and reach out for your toes for 10 seconds Butterfly stretch for 10 seconds Task 2 Summary: Fitness Circuit Directions: You will work through 2 sets of exercises 2 times. Do set one and then set two. Set One Jog in place for 1 minute Rest for 30 seconds Do burpees for 30 seconds Rest for 30 seconds Do jumping jacks for 30 seconds Rest for 30 seconds Set Two Do 20 air squats Rest for 30 seconds Do 20 calf-raises Rest for 30 seconds Do 20 mountain climbers Rest for 30 seconds Task 3 Summary: Cool Down Directions: Walk around the room you are in for 2 minutes 5 deep breaths to relax Enjoy your day!
