White hat - 5 facts that they have learnt in this unit. Red hat - 3 feelings they have about the unit. Black hat - 2 challenges/risks that they think are in connection with this unit. Yellow hat - 2 positive opportunities/things that this unit has taught them. Green hat - 1 thing that went well in connection with the unit.
