Student Instructions

We all feel SAD or blue every once in and while. Everybody does! There are ways that you can work through your sadness so that you calm your body and change how you're feeling. Do as many activities as you want. It is up to you! You certainly will feel better after you do! 1. Click the add add response button. 2. Click on the link links to watch what it means to be sad or blue! There is a video video from the StoryBots, a video video by FLOW, and a read-aloud video video of the story, "A Little Spot of Sadness - A Story About Empathy & Compassion". After, return to seesaw Seesaw to practice meditation and to listen to some music. 3. When you are done, circle Just Gary and click on the green check checkmark to upload your work.
