A variety of different punctuation is used in The Terrible Plop - full stops, question marks and exclamation marks. These are used to separate ideas and add interest to the story. To begin watch the two to the left - The Terrible Plop - The Sentence Song Task - Press - Page 1: read or listen to the information about punctuation - Page 2: use the tool to place the correct punctuation mark at the end of each sentence - Page 3: use the tool to write your own statement, question and exclamation - DON'T FORGET THE PUNCUATION MARK - Press to share your finished work, make sure you complete all the pages Australian Curriculum Achievement Standard - Students use punctuation accurately.
