Student Instructions

Use this activity log to track your physical activity minutes for the week. The goal is to get 60 minutes (or more) of physical activity every day. 1. Tap the Add add button 2. There is a slide for each day of the week. Use the Text label, Pen pen, or Picture photo tool to log the different physical activities you completed each day. Don't forget to tell how long you did that activity. 3. Add up the total minutes of activity you did and use the Text label tool or Pen pen tool to write your total minutes for that day. 3. Have an adult sign their initials with the Pen pen tool each day that you complete 60 minutes. 4. Tap the draft draft button after you add something to save you work as a draft. 5. Tap the green check check when you have finished logging ALL your activities for the week and are ready to post it to your journal.
