This game can be played in small groups or at group time. Great for transitions. Project the iPad so everyone can see. 1. The leader child holds the iPad and calls on another student to guess. 2. The guesser asks, "Is baby penguin behind the /m/ penguin?" (Penguins are identified by the beginning sounds of the item on their tummy.) 3. The leader moves that penguin to check. If the baby is there, that child becomes the new leader of the next round. If not, the leader asks another child to guess. Each page is a new round.
