Teachers, save “EXPOSITORY TEXT STRUCTURE ONLINE MAGAZINE” to assign it to your class.

Using the Seesaw multi page feature or Google Slides, create an online magazine presentation over a topic of interest to you. Your presentation must include 7 pages (slides) with the following: 1. Title slide with date, author, and magazine title. 2. 5 ARTICLES- each organized with a different text structure on individual slide (Description, Order/Sequence, Cause/Effect, Problem/Solution, & Compare/Contrast 3. OVERALL, include these TEXT FEATURES: 2 pictures with captions, at least 2 font styles, 1 sidebar, a map- graph- chart- OR timeline, and 3 “Words to Know” bolded with definitions 4. On the 7th slide create a 5 question quiz over your information. If using Google slides, attach your Text Structure Online Magazine Presentation from Google Drive to this activity. We will print QR codes for other students to read your work and take your quiz.
