Using our Central Idea and Lines of Inquiry develop a BIG question to inquire into about a significant event in history. Central Idea: Eras in history shape the periods that follow Lines of Inquiry: Significant events in history Impacts of history on modern culture Perspectives shown in history Learning Goals(Lesson I): -Ask questions to guide your inquiry/research. -Use tools such as graphic organizers to assist with planning Learning Goals(Lesson II): -Locate, organize and synthesize information from a variety of sources (including the library/ media centre, the internet, people in the school(interview), family(interview), the immediate community or the global community.) -Use the internet responsibly and knowledgeably, appreciating its uses and limitations.
