Student Instructions

For today's activity, you will roll two dice to generate an addition equation. You can roll dice from home, make number cards to select, or use the digital dice in the instructions. Watch this video to learn how to play --> https://www.loom.com/share/6ac3ed3eae7d4bf2bc0ee6f5193de6ff Directions: Click the add. Roll the dice you have at home or use the link in the instructions. Add the two numbers together and find a total. Use the pen or shapes to make one mark for that total. Try to keep your marks the same size each time as you build your graph. Continue rolling 10 times and filling in your graph. 👀 Look at your graph. What do you notice? Use the 🎤 to tell what you noticed. Use the arrow to point to your graph as you explain your thinking. On page 2, roll the dice again for 20 times. What did you notice about the pattern this time? Use the 🎤 to tell what you noticed.
