Student Instructions

1. Select add 2. Select View Instructions to watch and listen to directions. 3. Read the equation. Ask what is starting point (Hint: What number you are taking apart or taking from). 4. Use pen and create a starting dot at the starting number. 5. With pen, draw the jumps back from the starting number to the part that was given. Count the jumps you make. 6. Use pen and write the number of jumps (unknown part) in the unknown number box. 7. When you are done, select check to save this to your journal.
