This activity introduces students to Hubbubbles (thoughts, feelings, and sensations) and the Hubbub (what happens when Hubbubbles get too busy or too big and prevent us from thinking clearly). Students will learn how Mind Yeti can help them settle the Hubbub. You can modify this activity based on your student's age and skill.
