Student Instructions
Many families across the world celebrate Halloween by carving and decorating pumpkins.
1. Open your journal to a blank page. Write the title "How to Carve a Pumpkin" at the top. Write the numbers 1, 2, and 3 on the side.
2. Use the words FIRST, NEXT, and LAST to tell how to carve a pumpkin.
3. When you have three complete sentences, click the 
button.
4. Take a 
of your writing and post it in the orange box.
5. Decorate the pumpkin using any of the tools 
or the 
shapes!
6. Click 
to submit your work.
