On this Mindfulness board we have relaxing music, cosmic yoga, Rainbow breath and follow monkey with stretching. To complete this task: 1. Click on the picture to the left to open the Mindfulness board. 2. Click on each picture in turn to open up a Safe You-tube video. 3. Click on the button to open up a template for you to write on. 4. Use tool and write about TWO things you liked from the Mindfulness, and ONE technique you would like to practise and improve. 5. Click on to save your work to your journal.
