Learning Objectives:
I can reflect on what helps me regulate and balance my emotions.
A "happy place" is a place where you feel relaxed and peaceful. It can also be a place you have fun or a person you love. For some, it might be at the beach, in the mountains, or in your bedroom. For others, it could be a person who brings them relaxed and peaceful emotions. Whenever you feel sad, angry, frustrated, anxious, or worried, close your eyes and imagine yourself in this "happy place". The more clearly you can imagine your happy place, the easier it will be to regulate and balance your emotions back to a calm.
1. Complete each of the 6 parts to reflect on your "Happy". See the example if you feel stuck.
2. Check your verb tense.
3. Check your spelling.
