Student Instructions

Learning outcome: Students will be able to know when and why to take breaks from device time. 1. Click the pic to see the video. 2. Think about what you saw and heard in the video. 3. Look up from your screen and talk to a caregiver or parent: Tell them what your favorite part of the video was and why. 4. Discuss: What could we do to have more media balance? 5. Tap add. 6. Draw one picture to show you doing an online activity. 7. Draw another picture to show you doing an offline activity. 8. Optional: Tap on the mic and explain how you balance media. (Be sure to listen to your recording before you tap the check!) 9. Tap the check when you are finished!
