How to Brush Your Teeth Materials Needed: toothbrush, strawberry toothpaste, cup of water (I like cold water) You should brush your teeth at least two times a day, in the morning and at night time. Sometimes I brush my teeth after I eat a sweet treat. Step 1: Take out your toothbrush. Turn the faucet on and put the top of your toothbrush under the sink for 3 seconds. Make sure to turn off the water! Step 2: Get your toothpaste. I like strawberry toothpaste the most! Put some toothpaste on the head of the toothbrush. It should be about the size of a pea. Step 3: Pick up the toothbrush and place the head of it in your mouth. Begin to brush back and forth. I sing the ABC’s in my head while brushing my teeth. Step 4: Sometimes I spit into the sink. Pick up the cup and fill it with water. Take a sip and swish it around in your mouth. You can swallow the water or spit it into the sink. Step 5: Your teeth should be squeaky clean! Make sure to put the cup, toothbrush and toothpaste back!
