Overview: Taking a moment to relax and calm your body and mind will lead to increased focus and less stress and anxiety. Suggestions for further practice: Discussion: Have students share the ways that they relax. Record on a chart. Make a list of emotions that warrant relaxation (i.e. anger, overwhelmed, nervous).
