Tap the green add button to begin. Tap the label tool and complete each of the sections to the best of your ability. Rate your book from 1 (not recommended) to 5 (best book ever). Choose one emoji that represents something important from your book. Make a separate label, with one emoji, for each of your ratings and drag it into the correct spot. Tap check to move on. Tap the microphone to record your ten-second recommendation. Share what you liked about the book and why you think others might like this book, too. Post your work.

Student could complete this activity using the digital ink, however it can get pretty muddy looking pretty quickly. So I recommend using labels. The ink might be helpful for adding in some basic illustrations, but emojis can always be considered for that purpose as well. Students can get creative with their emoji ratings. While I think the same emoji looks best for the rating scale, students might want to mix up the emojis to show different aspects of the book.
