Student Instructions

Have a look at the pictures in the instructions. View the pictures and see if you can find patterns, designs, and lines of symmetry. Using the images as your inspiration, go on a pattern hunt and see how many patterns you can find in your surroundings. Take a picture or draw the pattern or patterns you find. Add files as a response here. Feel free to add an audio and tell us what what you think. Do you like patterns? Do you know that patterns can sometimes be modeled mathematically and they include symmetries, trees, spirals, meanders, waves, foams, tessellations, cracks and stripes? Which ones did you find? 1. Tap the add button. 2. Select your name from the list. 3. Add your pictures by clicking cameraroll or take a photo of your drawing. 4. Tap the mic to record your story. 5. Tap to check add to your journal.
