It is very important to keep in touch while you are learning from home! Your teacher wants to help you stay on track and with any questions you may have along the way. Use this check in to show your teacher what you've been up to during this new learning experience! 1. At least twice a week (Tuesday/Thursday, or Wednesday/Friday for example, or daily if you'd like) fill out this form using the Seesaw Tools. 2. Fill in the assignment(s) you've completed in the appropriate subject's box. 3. Write the date you completed the assignment(s) in the date section. 4. Use a drawing tool to circle how you feel about the work you've completed. 5. Write any questions you have in the Questions box.
