Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

This is a read aloud activity using the book Two of Everything by Lily Toy Hong. Students will watch/listen to the book. If they have a copy of the text they can read along. There is 1 before reading question and 4 after reading questions that relate to the pattern of doubling in the book. This is a great lesson for students to think about patterns in context and visualize a growing pattern related to multiplication.
