7 Day Kids Exercise Challenge: Get Stronger, Burn Calories

Hi Boys and Girls, Today you will start your 7 days Exercise Challenge. This challenge will help you to energies and grow stronger. Your goal is to complete at least 1 set of exercises per day and log your minutes for 7 days. In case you feel like doing some extra workout and you want to get extra minutes, you are welcome. Simply go on any video from the list and try you best. If you find that workouts are to hard, take rest for one minute and continue until you are done. All kids need daily physical activity to keep their bodies active and in shape. Learning intention: I am learning to get 20 minutes of fitness every day. Success Criteria: I can get 20 minutes of fitness every day. Please look at the attached example for the videos and to log you minutes.
