Student Instructions
1. Click Add Response. 2. Read the Guiding Question and follow the directions to learn something new. 3. Click the Next button to go to page 2. 4. Complete the colored Learning Blocks. 5. Complete the Show What You Know and Reflect Blocks. 6. Click Draft to save your work as you go. 7. Click the green check when your Block Board is complete. Family Why: Asking and answering questions about texts helps students understand what they are reading. By asking questions, students prime themselves to focus on and analyze text as they read. Asking their own questions also helps students be mindful of what they are reading, which helps comprehension.
