Tap add Tap highlighter and choose your favourite colour. Breathe in as you move the highlighter slowly up your finger. Breathe out as you move the highlighter slowly down your finger. Completed your whole hand, breathing in as you go up and out as you go down. Are you calm? No? Choose another colour and do it again. Yes? Tap check Remember to try this on your own hand if you need to calm down. 💗
