Welcome to Tinker Club! This week we will be making Bread Upload pictures of what you create to share with your friend! Note: This week you need to click the link to watch the video in YouTube as the video was too long for See-Saw. Ingredients: 3 cups of plain flour 2 teaspoons of cooking salt 2 teaspoons of yeast 1.5 cups warm water Steps: 1. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add water and mix. 2. Cover with cling wrap and put it in a warm spot for 2-3 hours. 3. Preheat oven and dutch oven to 230*C 30 minutes before baking. 4. Lightly flour the dough and shape it into a roundish shape. Then flip it onto a sheet of baking paper. 5. Place the dough on the paper into your dutch oven, put the lid on and put it in the oven. 6. Bake for 30mins then remove the lid and back for 12 more minutes, or until it is golden and crispy. 7. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes. 8. EAT IT!!
