For this week, use the template to keep a log of all the physical activities that you do. Here are a few guidelines: 1. Try to be active (any activity that you enjoy and gets your heart rate up) and get sweaty for 15-30 minutes each day. Start with a time that feels comfortable to you and then try to increase it by 1 minute a day. 2. Use a watch or timer to keep track of the minutes you are active. 3.
