Directions: 1. Look at the fraction strip given and the type of fraction you are going to make for each of the fraction strips. 2. Evenly draw lines to break up the fraction strip into the correct benchmark fraction. 3. Explain using video, caption, or note explain why you broke up the benchmark fractions into specific pieces. Remember it is very important to space out your lines as evenly as possible when creating fraction strips.
