Discuss, for example: In the same room as an adult at all times when using technology. Take regular breaks; too much screen time can be bad for you. Never give away private information. Asking for permission to use the device. Not to talk to strangers online and offline. Talk to a trusted adult about what we like to do online, especially if something worries us.
