Student Instructions

Today for English you have an activity you need to keep VERY SECRET from your Moms! You are going to be writing her a Mother's Day letter, and if you have time make a card for her. Your Moms have been helping you out a lot, so this is your chance to say a little thank you in return. Let's put your best effort into this! There are a few things you need to do to help write an awesome letter to your Mom: 1. Watch the story posted on the link "My Mom" 2. Complete the template attached to help brainstorm ideas for your letter to your Mom 3. On a clean, nice, tidy piece of paper write out a good copy of a letter to your Mom. You need to think about: - ways your Mom is awesome - ways your Mom helps you out - why is your Mom the best? - what makes your Mom special? 4. Create a fun, happy, creative card for your Mom if you have time. 5. Find a sneaky way to deliver it to her on Sunday (ask your other parent or any brothers or sisters to help out) Make sure you post a photo of your final letter to seesaw.
