Subjects: Character Building

Student Instructions

Join SPOT in a book about Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving is not only a holiday that people celebrate, but it also is a time to think about what we are THANKFUL for! Better yet, SPOT teaches us that we can practice GRATITUDE or THANKFULNESS anytime during the year! After you are done listening to the read-aloud, you'll be able to brainstorm and complete a circle map of people, places or things you are thankful for. After that, you'll pick your top 3 and tell me all about them! Maybe you'll practice being THANKFUL like SPOT during the year! 1. Click the add add response button. 2. Click on the link link to watch the read-aloud, "A Little Thanksgiving SPOT", by Diane Alber. 3. After watching the video video, return to Seesaw and complete the circle map. What are some people, places or things you are thankful for? Use the label label tool to write, or use the mic recording tool to tell me. 4. On the last slide, tell me the top 3 people, places or things you are thankful for! Use the label label tool to write, or use the photo photo tool to take pictures of the things you are thankful for! 5. Click on the green check checkmark to upload your work!
