1. Read all of these directions. 2. Read about Rube Goldberg. 3. Watch the example videos. 4. Follow the directions on each slide to plan then create your own. 5. Using any available resources at home, can you create a Rube Goldberg machine. It must have a super simple mission, for example carrying a ball across the room or down the stairs, and it must be really over the top! Lego is a perfect tool for this job, as are things like cut toilet roll tubes, marble runs and folded paper, so you might want to raid the cupboards (with parent permission!) 6. Complete the attached format to help you to plan and design your machine before you construct it. Share your steps, successes, and difficulties. 7. Finally, video record your efforts and share them on Seesaw. There is even a slide for outtakes! Good luck!
