L.I. - to read coordinates. Here is a map of the zoo, to help us with the planning we have put a grid over the top! We need to know where on the grid some animals are, when you give a grid reference you need to give the letter along the bottom first followed by the number up the side. For example, the flamingo’s are in C3! Can you work out what coordinates these animals are in: Pandas Penguins Tigers Koalas Lions S.C. - I have looked carefully for each animal. - I have found the animal and given the coordinates the correct way (letter then number)
