Objective: Tell a story by: - Building a composition with photos and other graphic elements. - Use Instant Alpha to hide parts of a photo. - Crop, mask, edit, move and layer photos. ----------------------------------------------------------- Tasks: 1. Watch the video (4 min) 2. Open the "Everyone Can Create on an iPad: Photo" book on Chapter 5, Action (page 32) (1 min). 3. Explore activity 1, 2 and/or 3 of chapter 5 (10 min) 4. Create a story with a collage (15 min) 5. Share your creation(s)! ----------------------------------------------------------- Differentiation: * All students should create a collage using one of the techniques (edit, crop, rotate, mask, Instant Alpha, layers). * Most students will create a collage that tells a story about themselves using some of the techniques. * Some students will use most of the techniques and do one of the extension activities. ----------------------------------------------------------- Extension (optional): Can you add impact to the meaning of a poem through a collage?
