Choose a 3 digit number, e.g., 423, and see how many ways you can represent it! 1. Using MAB's (base ten blocks) 2. Using popsitcks 3. How many 100's, 10's and how many 1's 4. Write your number in expanded form 5. Write your number as a word 6. What is one more? One less? 7. What is ten more? Ten less? Let's see what you can do!
