Birdies - A Story by Dr. Jean

Student Instructions

1. Play the Dr. Jean Birdies story. 2. Tap add and choose from the activities on the pages. 3. Draw drawing your own bird and draw the setting. 4. Use paper towel roll, tape, a hole punch, and string to make "bird watcher" binoculars, like in the picture. Have an adult help you cut the paper towel roll in half and tape together. Punch 2 holes at the top, and tie on a string that will fit on and off the head. Tap on photo to take a photo of your binoculars, or draw drawing birds that you saw through them. 5. Make a paper plate bird similar to the ones in the picture. Tap photo to take a photo of it. 6. Use the following to write drawing or type label a story about your bird.
