We usually do a little warm up first too by lying on our backs and tummy breathing....breathing big breaths in our nose and our mouth so our tummy rises and falls 2. Watch or listen to the video (or do your own version) 3. We do a little cool down too where we lie on our backs and stay silent listening to any sounds we can hear.
