Relaxation Lab 2: Acupressure English & Espanol Lesson Plan (Grades 4-5) Let’s try out some relaxation techniques and find out what you think about acupressure! Students follow along with the video and then rate their experiences on the attached template. Template 2 has a teacher example and voice over in English and Spanish. Template 3 is an image of pressure points on the hand.
