A Good Deed at the Beach - Open Court Fluency Readings

1. Read, using a whisper phone, our decodable fluency book with this weeks phonics features. You should be able to read this text automatically without decoding each word. If you do not know how to pronounce a word while reading, stop and decode the word syllable by syllable. Then reread the sentence for automaticity. 2. Once you've practiced reading the book through one time. Tap response. Click on and record yourself reading your book into the telephone. 3. Tap when you're finished recording. Before you submit - Listen to your own reading! Remember fluent readers read like they talk. They pause at periods and commas. 😊 4. Tap again to submit.
