Make and Fly a Glider

Grades: 4th Grade, 6th Grade, 8th Grade
Subjects: Science

Student Instructions

1. Using what you know about the forces of flight, create a glider using any or all of the materials provided. Fly your glider and revise your design as needed. (Click on the picture for ideas to inspire your glider) 2. Take a picture of your glider using the photo button. 3. Use the mic tools to share what you know about which forces of flight allow your glider to fly. 4. Use the label button to create a diagram on your picture to demonstrate what forces were in motion. 5. Use the caption button to reflect on your design process.
