Feeling big feelings is OK. Sometimes we need help to regulate our feelings. Here are some ideas. Click the button Choose from one of the suggested activities to help you calm yourself and reduce your stress in difficult times. Tap the or tool. Circle or type an X on the activity or activities that helped you or could help you in the future. Tap the to submit it just to your teacher. Your response is only between you and your parents and your teacher. This will not be published to the class journal. I hope you feel better soon!
