Graphing Shoes

Grades: Kindergarten
Subjects: Math

Student Instructions

1. Loot at the picture of graphed shoes. 2. Go find 6 pairs of shoes in your house. 3. Sort your shoes by color , by size, or by style (velcro, shoelaces, flip flips, etc.) 4. Make a real object graph with your shoes like they did in the photo. Make sure your graph starts on the bottom. 5. With paper, add labels to tell me what categories you used on your graph. 6. Take a photo of your graph. If you don't want to write the categories on paper, you can use the label tool and write your categories on your photo in seesaw. 7. Push the mic and tell me about your graph. Tell me your categories, how many of each you have, and which categories have the most and the least. 8. Push the green check check to turn it in.
