Let's Make A Picture

3 dots and the shapes tool.

Write a label for your picture. You can also write a story about your picture. (You might want a parent to help with this.) Or 
record yourself telling the story.

This activity takes basic pattern block shapes and allows students to transform them into a picture. It works on the Pre-K Guideline V.C.4 Slides, flips, and turns shapes to demonstrate that the shapes remain the same. In the process of creating shape pictures the students will show they can (guideline X.A.3)use digital learning applications and programs to create digital products and express their own ideas.
