WALT: We are learning to analyse patterns of physical activity over time. To do this students are asked to record daily routines using the electronic template provided. This should be saved daily as a draft until completed and submitted on Friday. To be successful I need to: 1. Outline my daily routines using the template provided over the course of ONE week. 2. Record the time/duration alongside each activity. For example: Sleep (8 hours), reading (20 minutes), recess (30 minutes), family walk (1 hour) etc. 3. Use the tool to identify those activities that involved: - Sleep - Eating (Sustenance) - Physical activity - Academic inquiry Remember to use a different colour for each. 4. Outline approximately how much of my time was spent engaging in physical activity and sedentary behaviours? Sedentary behaviours are generally completed whilst sitting or lying down. Physical activity involves movement. 5. Reflect on the week by responding to the weekly reflection questions outlined on the last slide. 6. Submit completed activity log.
